The W.E. Build Accelerator 2025 is now open for applications. Designed to support women-led startups, this program provides entrepreneurs with the tools, mentorship, and funding needed to grow and scale their businesses.
W.E. (Women Entrepreneurs) Build is a comprehensive business accelerator focused on closing the resource and funding gap for women founders. The program offers professional development, personal growth opportunities, and access to capital, with the ultimate goal of helping women-led businesses build sustainable, multigenerational wealth.
Each year, eight to ten early-stage startups are selected to participate in the program, which takes place in Tulsa, Oklahoma. W.E. Build is committed to supporting diverse women entrepreneurs, particularly those historically underrepresented in investment opportunities. In 2023, women-founded startups received less than 3% of venture capital funding, with even lower percentages for Black women and other minority women. W.E. Build is dedicated to changing this reality.
Program Benefits
Selected participants will receive:
- $25,000 in non-dilutive funding (no equity taken)
- Three months of intensive business training
- Mentorship and networking opportunities
- Complimentary legal and accounting support
- Access to coworking spaces and meeting rooms
- Laptops and internet connectivity
- Financial literacy education
- Living stipends to assist with housing, childcare, and healthcare costs
- Bi-weekly mental health counseling
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Residency Requirement: Must be based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, or willing to relocate for the program’s duration (August 5, 2025 – November 13, 2025).
- Business Status: Must be the founder of an incorporated business that has been operating for at least 12 months.
- Funding Cap: Businesses must have raised less than $1 million in venture or angel funding and demonstrate a clear plan for scaling revenue.
- Program Commitment: Participants must be available to commit full-time to the program in Tulsa from August 5, 2025, to November 13, 2025.
