• Must be an international student entering their first program at the University of Winnipeg

• Must demonstrate the equivalent of a Canadian 80% grade average in academic courses used for admission

• Must register for and maintain full-time student status
Wu Chung Scholarship

• Must be a resident of Huadu (Guangzhou) or Hong Kong, China

• Must not have previously studied at another post-secondary institution
