This initiative not only provides financial assistance but also connects students with valuable career opportunities within a Fortune 100 company. Scholars gain access to mentorship, professional development, and networking with peers who share similar ambitions.

Program Benefits

• Scholarship Support: Recipients will be awarded $20,000, with disbursements of $10,000 at the start of their junior and senior years.
• Internship Opportunity: A 10-week paid summer internship with Spectrum.
• Career Development: Participants engage in structured training focused on career readiness and industry insights.
• Mentorship Program: Each scholar is paired with a Spectrum employee mentor for ongoing support and guidance.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify, applicants must:

• Be a rising college junior with an expected graduation between May and August 2027.
• Show financial need.
• Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Have authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
• Be willing to explore summer internship opportunities with Spectrum.
• Reside within 50 miles of a Charter corporate office in Stamford, CT, Charlotte, NC, St. Louis, MO, Denver, CO, or Austin, TX.
• Commit to participating in all required program activities.

• 2025–2026 FAFSA form
• 2025–2026 Financial Aid Award Letter
• Official transcript

Additionally, applicants must:
