Arizona State University, in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation, is offering fully funded online certificate scholarships for African students. These graduate-level, part-time programs provide participants with valuable academic credentials in fields such as supply chain and global management. These courses also serve as a pathway to apply for a fully-funded online master’s degree from ASU.

The program emphasises community impact and leadership development. Successful applicants are expected to use their education to bring about positive change in their local communities. The scholarship strongly encourages women, displaced individuals, and people with disabilities to apply.

Available Graduate Certificates:

• Foundations of Supply Chain Management
• Global Management, Entrepreneurship and Innovation

Scholarship Includes:

• Full tuition support for the selected certificate program
• Learning flexibility through a self-paced online format
• One-on-one coaching and academic mentoring
• Access to ASU student resources and support
• University credits applicable toward future master’s degree studies
• A chance to receive a full scholarship for an online master’s in Leadership or Supply Chain Management

Eligibility Criteria:

• Applicants must be citizens of an African nation
• Candidates must be between 18 and 33 years old by the deadline
• Must hold a bachelor’s degree by July 2025
• No prior enrollment in any master’s or graduate program before August 2025
• Proven commitment to leadership and service in their community
• Academic success coupled with financial need
