Eligibility Requirements: Candidates should:
- Have received or plan to accept an offer for an eligible postgraduate program at the University of Edinburgh
- Currently live in one of the designated eligible countries
- Possess or anticipate achieving an international qualification comparable to a UK first-class honors degree
- Preferably have not earned a master’s degree previously
- Be committed to returning home to support the healthcare or education sectors post-study
