The Google Conference Scholarships – Asia Pacific 2025 aim to support students by helping them attend leading conferences in technology and related fields. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a travel grant to attend an international Computer Science research conference, applicants must:

• Be a full-time student enrolled at a recognized university in one of the eligible countries/regions.
• Require financial support for conference travel.
• Have a paper accepted for full publication at a leading Computer Science conference. Preference is given to conferences aligned with Google’s research interests. Workshop papers are not eligible.
• Have the paper accepted for an oral or poster presentation in the main conference program (oral presentations are preferred).
• Be the primary author of the accepted paper.
• Maintain full-time student status while receiving the travel grant.
• Not receive industry-sponsored travel grants, even partial funding, from other organizations.

Application Process

Applicants should select and complete the application form for their respective country/region at least one month before the scheduled conference. Google strongly encourages individuals from historically underrepresented groups to apply, ensuring equal access to networking and career advancement opportunities.
